This bathroom was the final touch on a larger remodeling project from a few years back. The original project included the construction of a third floor dormer creating a huge room in what was an empty attic. During the design phase, it was decided to create space for a future full bathroom, including a shower. So, during the construction of the dormer, new copper supply lines and copper baseboard heating was installed in an empty room that would become the bathroom.

The customer wanted to maximze the storage with niches and cabinetry. Often in small bathroom spaces, the pedestal sink is the first choice, but in this room, a custom vanity was created and hung from the wall. A toilet topper cabinet and another wall hung storage cabinet added additional storage. A scratch shower allowed us to maximize the shower space and not rely on the pre sized shower pans. A glass shower door makes the room feel larger instead of a shower curtain.
